Radisson Hotel Indianapolis Airport

Very comfortable room with lovely lobby and halls. There were no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. The location was excellent. The star level was good. The reputation of Radisson is good. I expected more. The ice chutes and ice drain grates were visibly moldy on the machines on two floors - the 3 floor appeared to have a newer machine with stainless steel chutes. It looked better. When I went to the desk, the staff suggested I take my 7 year old son with me and go to the bar - not restaurant - to have the bartender fill my ice bucket. I declined because of the obvious legal and moral ramification of taking a kid into a bar as well as the desire to see where my ice was coming from. How did I know that their ice machine wasn't just as moldy? The carpet in my room was badly stained and had cigarette burns. The tub had cigarette burns, and the toilet and tub faucet looked ancient. The amenities in the room were minimal - for example there was only one mini bottle of shampoo - no conditioner, one bar of soap - not one for the sink and tub, and only one washcloth - but four towels. My closet had no doors, but the tracks for the doors were there. When I called and complained, I was given another room. It did appear a bit cleaner (no visible stains - and there were closet doors). My husband and I were VERY pleased with this hotel! We couldn't have asked for a better stay!! The hotel was VERY CLEAN, the staff were VERY HELPFUL and FRIENDLY, and we felt VERY welcomed there! Decent accommodations.

We were looking for a hotel close to airport for overnight stay. The Radisson was convenient, good service, at a good rate.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Liked free internet usage. Offered long term parking on site for a good rate. Bellman brought our luggage to our room. Shuttle service quick and friendly.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. However, there was a door between my room and the room next door that allowed all the noise from that room into mine. The people there were laughing and talking at 4 a.m. and had the light on which shone under the door into my room. They finally left at 5 a.m. but I didn't appreciate being awakened at that time of morning. The rest of the stay was very nice. ...read more

The main floor looks very nice. The room could use some serious remodeling. The bathroom was the worst. The toilet did not flush right, you had to hold the handle down for about thirty seconds in order for it to flush. The sink did not drain properly. We were put in a very noisy room, directly across from the elevator. The bell on the elevator dinged as it passed every floor, so it was very noisy all night.
